identifiers through our registration forms. All information collected through
registration is used for client identification, for client access and for our own
internal purposes. This information is kept confidential and will not be released in

IP Addresses
E-MailAnywhere tracks clients' IP addresses as well. We use this information
to generate statistics that help us streamline and improve our program so that our
clients will have the best service possible. We do not attach any personal information
to the IP addresses we track, so our clients remain anonymous in this regards.
Updating User Information
Clients may change their password through a form available on our web mail service's
login page. If a client wishes to terminate their account with E-MailAnywhere,
they simply just stop using the service. User accounts are auto-deleted if they remain
inactive for extended periods of time. Conversely, a client may also send e-mail to
support@e-mailanywhere.com if they wish their account to be terminated immediately.

E-MailAnywhere will not release its clients' e-mail addresses to any third party
under any circumstances. We may send out e-mail bulletins to all of our clients or to
individual clients should the need arise.
